A rare, limited edition tote bag by Berlin designer
Frank Leder
Frank is a great friend and a unique fashion designer, just as single-minded and devoted to quality and attention to detail as we are. We have spoken about a collaboration for a long time and here is the result of our combined efforts:
The Frank Leder + Fool Tote bag, handmade in Germany using Japanese Denim.

Selvedge indigo-dyed 16 oz. weight denim fabric, woven on old weaving chairs by Kuroki, Okayama, Japan.
- Deadstock band from an Austrian traditional band weaving company based in Styria.
- This bag was developed in the Frank Leder studio, sewn and hand-finished in Brandenburg, just outside the gates of Berlin.
- The four copper rivets were hand-hammered by Frank himself to finish each bag.
Sized 43x19x35 it is perfect for stacking 1/3 gastronorm containers (176x325mm) or whatever you buy from your market. We added a holder to keep your wine bottle upright, plus three smaller internal pockets and one custom made to fit Fool #8 Japan. Or laptop.
This bag will only get more beautiful with age and use.
