Terms & Conditions

Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be emailed to you confirming your intent to purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to, but not limited to, insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, or an incorrect item price. Please note that FOOL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not payment has already been made. In the rare event that you are charged and your order is canceled, FOOL will issue a credit to your card for the full purchase amount.

Due to the nature of online retail, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed in the FOOL stockroom. If the selected item is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the discrepancy.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout before payment.

International Shipping
We ship via FedEx to ensure safe transport and reliable tracking. FOOL is not responsible for lost items, incorrectly entered addresses, or other errors made by the customer. FOOL is also not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when importing goods into your country of residence, nor for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with refused or returned packages.

Returns
We accept returns of any unopened item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping or customs-related costs, provided that the item(s) are received in undamaged condition.
