Terms & Conditions
Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to you confirming the intent to purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, an incorrect item price. Please also note that FOOL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether you have made payment already or not. In the rare event that you do get charged and your order is canceled, FOOL will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the purchase.

 Due to the nature of online stores, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed in the FOOL stockroom. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact the customer to notify them of the discrepancy.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated when are checking out, before payment. 

International Shipping
We ship using UPS to ensure safe transport and reliable tracking of orders. FOOL is not responsible for lost items, addresses not correctly entered by client or other errors.

FOOL is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees that may be incurred when importing goods into your country of residence. Nor are we responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees for rejected packages.

We accept returns of any unopened item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping or customs-related costs, provided item(s) are received in a non-damaged state.
