Fusion. We took on a word that was badly looked upon in the food world. As dirty as the word foodie is today. Iñaki Aizpitarte, was our cover boy. Rodolfo Guzman introduced us to South America and Max Allen to the best natural wines of Australia. Cortney Burns and Nicholaus Balla headed epic Bar Tartine in San Francisco , Mehmet Gürs took us on a track into the unexplored Turkey. We went surfing with David Kinch in California and of course, we revisited Peter Gordon, the king of fusion.
